BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COACHING
In order to help individuals achieve positive and measurable changes in business development skills, I provide one–on–one strategic coaching to high potential partners looking to enlarge their books of business, lateral partners, women and minority lawyers and senior partners in transition in their practice or their firm.
STRATEGY & CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Given the dynamic shifts occurring in the delivery of services, business will have to change in order to thrive or even survive. Making meaningful and sustainable change requires strong leaders who will have to be strategic and deliberate in plans for growth and sustainability. Firm leaders also will have to overcome the strong resistance to change that firm leaders face from entrenched partners and staff who like most, resist change and even deny the need for it..
VISION, VALUES AND CULTURE
Every business has a unique set of interwoven values and characteristics that make up its culture which often include its vision, standards for performance and behavior, traditions, norms, policies, personalities, skill sets, clients, internal and external relationships and history. I work with management teams to help them identify their cultural strengths and weaknesses and where necessary, introduce change to their cultures in areas that will matter most to survival and success. Particular areas of focus include: collaboration, trust and collegiality, communication and sharing of knowledge, innovation, creativity and agility, governance and leadership and talent and succession management.
