Women & Diverse Lawyers

Business development success is still an important criteria used by firms to elevate their partners into leadership roles, though the percentage of minority and women law firm leaders remains flat. Our team helps accelerate business development success and leadership skills through training and coaching of women and minority lawyers and the development or enhancement of formal women’s initiatives. Our approach includes:

  • Workshops (single or in a series) and retreats
  • Focused action plans with clear and strategic objectives most likely to produce results given a lawyer’s practice, opportunities and strengths
  • One-on-one and team coaching
  • Advice to address the specific challenges women and minorities have in networking, business development and leadership
  • Consultation with firm management to address internal impediments
  • Design and enhancement of women’s initiatives including joint efforts with clients on diversity and women’s programs
